McAfee Software, in conjunction with the Queensland Police Department, have been looking at dating scams, where people will try and rip off the lonely and the vulnerable.

Scammers will look at those who are looking for love on the various romance and dating sites, and even social networking sites, in order to try to put their hands into your pockets.

Our debonair, desirable and single producer, Gary Stark, spoke with McAfee’s Melanie Cole about how these scams work. Listen to the interview, and hear some tips on how to avoid getting caught
