But when we were there, there was no Apple Store, nor was there a Genius Bar.
It seems that these days, Modesto has an Apple store, but the maybe the Genius Bar needs an upgrade: Maria Avila took her iPhone to the Apple store to have it upgraded to iOS4, and during the process, they managed to lose all of Maria’s files and data, and replace them with those of another person, Marlene Hepner, from Tracy, a town not too far from Modesto.
Both customers are somewhat less than amused at this, and Apple is trying to work out how best to deal with the matters.
