Here comes the BendDesk: a curved, multitouch display that occupies your whole desk.
Under development by The Media Computing Group, this concept uses three cameras and two projectors, plus a more than ample sufficiency of IR lights to allow it to track up to ten touch points.
While not yet available for purchase, this certainly looks like it may make the future very interesting.
